Caroline D.

Caroline D. is a highly experienced consultant nephrologist currently serving at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust since December 2021. Caroline holds an honorary consultant nephrologist position and has been actively involved with the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT) as Vice-chair of the #YPT board since June 2021. Previously, Caroline completed an MRC Clinical Research Training Fellowship at King's College London, focusing on improving access to transplantation for highly sensitised patients through Tregs therapy. With extensive clinical experience, Caroline has held various roles, including a Senior Clinical Fellow in Renal and Transplantation and a Chef de Clinique at Assistance publique-Hopitaux de Paris. Caroline earned a PhD in Transplant Immunology from King's College London and has a comprehensive educational background in nephrology from several prestigious institutions in France.
