Justin Jamieson has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, starting from 1996 at Humana International Group to their latest role as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at ESP Global Services. Throughout their career, they have held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Finda and Head of Talent Acquisition at Alexander Mann Solutions. Justin has a strong background in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team development in the recruitment industry.

Justin Jamieson attended Eastleigh College from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained an A Level (BTEC ONC) in Civil Engineering & Architecture.
