Tiago Mance

Tiago Mance has a long and varied work history. In 2021, they are the CEO of Espadarte and the Founder of Lean Skipper. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Chef de projets Lean at Construction Navale Bordeaux. From 2012 to 2017, they held the roles of Responsable Métodes et Maintenan and Responsable de production at Beneteau Brasil Contrução de Embarcações. In 2011, they were an Ingénieur bureau d’études at Groupe Beneteau. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Coordenador Técnico de Desenvolvimento de Produto at TECPRON and a Stagiaire em Maintenance Mecanique at ArcelorMittal. In 2005, they worked as a Professeur d’anglais at CCADC Languages School.

Tiago Mance has a diverse educational background. Tiago began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended the Federal University of Technology - Parana and obtained an Engenharia Industrial Mecânica degree in 2010. From 2007 to 2009, they attended the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) and obtained a Genie Mecânique degree in the Filière desing Industriel field. In 2013, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an MBA gestão empresarial degree in the Economia e Gestão Empresarial field in 2015. In 2017, they attended Escola EDTI and obtained a black belt lean 6sigma degree in the lean field. In 2021, they attended Marijul RH and obtained an Animation de groupes en formation professionnelle degree in the Formation des enseignants et développement professionnel, sujets spécifiques field. Additionally, they obtained a Become a Manager certification from LinkedIn in April 2020.
