Rui Ricardo

Rui Ricardo is a seasoned professional in architecture and software engineering, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Architecture and Software Engineering Division at eSPap, I.P. since July 2022. From September 2002 to August 2023, Rui Ricardo was a professor in the Architecture course at ISCTE. Previously, Rui Ricardo held various leadership roles at Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, including heading the IT Strategic Projects and Planning Division, where responsibilities included overseeing IT planning and strategic application implementation, as well as leading the GIS Division to enhance the municipality's spatial database infrastructure. Rui Ricardo's academic background includes a Bachelor of Sciences in Information Systems from National University, a Postgraduate degree in GIS from Atlântica, and a Licenciatura in architecture from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
