Sandra Gonçalves

Sandra Gonçalves is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in corporate account management and customer service. Currently, Sandra is employed at eSPap, I.P. as a Business Analyst since July 2022. Previously, Sandra worked at NOS SGPS from May 2014 to July 2022, progressing from Corporate Account Manager to Coordinator of the Corporate Customer Service, overseeing a team of account managers and participating in digital transition projects. Sandra's career in corporate account management began at ZON OPTIMUS, along with an earlier role as Team Leader at Optimus. Sandra holds a degree in Management from the Instituto Superior de Estudos Interculturais e Transciplinares de Almada (ISEIT).
