Jennifer Koithan

Jennifer Koithan's work experience includes working as a Customer Success Manager at Esper since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director - Interim Legal Talent at Major, Lindsey & Africa from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they assisted law firms and corporate clients in managing their legal workloads by delivering high-quality attorneys for special projects. Before that, Jennifer worked at Thomson Reuters as a Government Account Manager from 2000 to 2018. In this role, they provided account management and customer support services to government accounts and played a key role in contract growth, negotiation, and implementation.

Jennifer Koithan has a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University.
