Rajendra Lam has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Rajendra started their career in 1994 as a Senior Test Engineer at Catalyst Semiconductor and then moved to Advantest America as a Senior Application Engineer in 1998. From 2000 to 2003, Rajendra worked at Synaptics Incorporated as a Staff Test Engineer, where they played a key role in the development and production testing of capacitive sensing module products. Rajendra then advanced to the position of Staff Product and Test Engineer, responsible for project management, test and characterization plan implementation, and ATE test program development for wafer sort and final test.
In 2009, Rajendra became a Senior Manager at Synaptics Incorporated, leading a team of Product and Test Engineers.
