Zachary Spreitzer

Zachary Spreitzer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Zachary currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Esperanza Health Centers since January 2022. Prior to this, Zachary worked at Erie Family Health Center from November 2015 to January 2022, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Co-Chair. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing budgets, implementing financial forecasting strategies, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Before joining Erie Family Health Center, Zachary worked at Health Care Service Corporation as a Cost Analyst for various periods between 2000 and 2015. Zachary also has experience as a Consultant at Commerzbank AG from August 1999 to August 2000 and as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in June 1998. Overall, Zachary Spreitzer has a strong background in finance, analysis, and leadership roles.

Zachary Spreitzer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University, Columbia College. Zachary attended this university from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1995, they completed their secondary education at the Latin School of Chicago. Later, Zachary pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, specializing in Finance, Health Enterprise Management, Management and Strategy. Zachary graduated from Kellogg in 2012.
