Ashley Hughes

Ashley Hughes currently serves as the Associate Director of Supplier Quality Management at Esperion, a position held since December 2024. Prior experience includes managerial and auditing roles at both Pyros Pharmaceuticals and Philips, as well as significant quality assurance responsibilities at Noveome Biotherapeutics, Inc. Ashley spent a substantial period at Mylan, advancing through various positions from Chemist to Senior Specialist in Quality Regulatory Compliance. Throughout the career, expertise in leading internal and external audits, managing quality complaints, ensuring compliance with US and international regulations, and coordinating regulatory submissions has been demonstrated. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Allegheny College, completed in 2009.
