Anne Betton

Anne Betton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, advisory roles, and organizational transformation. As the founder of Anastasens since December 2020, Anne has focused on enhancing team engagement and performance for local companies through collaborative processes and effective culture-building. Currently, Anne serves on the board of directors for Esplanade Québec, a business accelerator, and has held senior managerial roles at Deloitte, where advisory services were provided to senior management. Anne's earlier positions include strategic advisory work at BDO, IT governance at CGI, and developing business relationships at both Rio Tinto and Alcan. With a strong educational background from NEOMA Business School and HEC Montréal, Anne Betton combines a robust foundation in finance with a passion for empowering teams and driving impactful organizational change.
