Landon Gorbenko has a diverse range of work experience in the esports industry. Landon has held various leadership positions, such as Chief Performance and Gaming Officer at Esport Canada, where they currently work, and Chief Executive Officer at Carbon Esports Canada. Landon has also worked as a Performance Coach at Spacestation Gaming and as Head of Mental Performance and Gaming at FITGMR. Additionally, they have experience in education, having served as an Esport Instructor at Keyano College, where they developed and delivered curriculum for students pursuing a career in the esports industry. Landon also co-founded the Northern Esports Academy, where they worked as a Mental Performance Coach. Prior to that, they held roles in performance psychology at Gscience and as a Mental Performance Consultant at Vertex Performance. Overall, Landon's work experience showcases their expertise in performance coaching, mental performance, and leadership within the esports industry.
Landon Gorbenko holds a Master of Science degree in Performance Psychology from The University of Edinburgh. Landon also completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Burman University. Currently, Landon is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Esports Performance at Université de Montréal, starting in 2023 and expected to graduate in 2027.
