Rachel Phillips McGlinchey, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2015, Rachel worked as a Nutrition Recreation Specialist for the City of Aurora, where they were responsible for coordinating the city's sponsorship of USDA child nutrition programs. Rachel managed staff, budgets, and grant processes to provide nutritious meals to at-risk youth.
In 2018, Rachel joined Aurora Public Schools as a Wellness Coordinator. Rachel oversaw wellness programming for 60 district buildings, managing relationships with community partners and vendors to evaluate new program opportunities. Additionally, they led a team of 35 and prepared reports on key performance indicators for grantors and district leadership.
Rachel then moved on to incentaHEALTH in 2020, where they served as a Client Success Manager. Rachel specialized in program strategy, development, and implementation for both B2B and B2C clients. Rachel managed simultaneous program life cycles for 10 corporate clients and coordinated the Diabetes Prevention Program.
Currently, Rachel is working as a Customer Success Manager at Espresa, starting in 2022. Their main responsibilities include driving employee experience and engagement programs using Espresa's Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSA) and LSA+ product to support People Teams with attraction and retention. Rachel ensures diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the HR tech engine.
Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in client management, relationship building, program coordination, and data analysis.
Rachel Phillips McGlinchey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Change & Innovation from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in Dietetics/Dietitian from the University of Northern Colorado in 2019. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Nutritional Sciences from Colorado State University, which they completed between 2010 and 2014.

Rachel also holds a ServSafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe Certified, which they obtained in 2019. Furthermore, Rachel became a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer through Mental Health First Aid in 2019.
