Gladston Selvaraj

Gladston Selvaraj is an experienced leader in the engineering and construction equipment industry, currently serving as the CEO of Esquire Machines Pvt. Ltd. since July 2015. Prior to this role, Gladston held the position of National Head - Marketing for Esquire Machines P Ltd. and Stros Esquire Hoist & Elevators P Ltd., overseeing marketing, sales, and service for a range of concrete equipment. From December 2013 to June 2015, Gladston was the Vice President (Sales Support) at KYB Conmat, where responsibilities included launching concrete mixers in India and managing marketing and sales for both the domestic and international markets. Earlier roles at Greaves Cotton Limited included General Manager for Operations and Manufacturing, focusing on production, supply chain management, and quality assurance. Gladston holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Murugappa Polytechnic, showcasing a strong educational background in the field.
