Colin Mason-Byers has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Colin started their career as a Restaurant General Manager at PizzaExpress in 2001 and later moved on to Starbucks Coffee Company UK, where they worked as a Store Manager and Area Manager. Colin then became a General Manager at Harvester under Mitchells & Butlers, where they focused on launching new concept restaurants and managing change programs.
In 2015, Colin joined Ed's Easy Diner as a General Manager, where they played a crucial role in opening and managing the restaurant chain in the Midlands. Colin also provided central training for the wider business and implemented performance improvement initiatives.
Colin's most recent role was at Esquires Coffee, where they served as the UK Operations Manager and later became the Head of Operations.
