Sonika Patiyal is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at ESS Global Private Limited since August 2023, Sonika specializes in recruitment, employee onboarding, and induction processes. Previously, Sonika held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Exemplar Global Resources Pvt Ltd from May 2019 to July 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Executive at Akasa Wellness Solutions in 2018.
