Michelle Lewis

Michelle Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michelle is currently the Corporate Affairs Director at Essar Oil (UK) Limited, where they focus on corporate communications and relationship management to support business performance. Prior to this, Michelle was the founder and partner of McQuillan Corporate Communication, an independent communication consultancy working with public and charity sectors. Michelle also served as the Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at Electricity North West and as the Director of Corporate Communication at Yorkshire Water. Michelle's earlier experience includes roles at Asda, where they worked as a Public Affairs Manager, and Yorkshire Electricity, where they worked as a Government Affairs Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as reputation management, engagement, and policy responses.

Michelle Lewis has a diverse education history. In 1990 to 1994, they attended the University of Leeds, where they obtained a degree in Politics and Parliamentary Studies. In 1996, they pursued Accounting and Finance at ACCA. Michelle further enhanced their skills by attending the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Integral Leadership. In 2013, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for Corporate Finance. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a program at the Institute of Directors (IoD) focusing on the Role of Director and the Board.
