Tarun Naruka

Tarun Naruka has a diverse work experience. Tarun currently holds the position of Head of Corporate and Structured Finance at Essar Oil (UK) Limited since December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Corporate and Structured Finance Advisor at the same company from January 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Essar Oil, they worked as the Global Head - Strategic Finance at GP Global Group from December 2018 to October 2021. Tarun also served as the International Head of Commodity Structured Finance at VTB Capital from January 2017 to December 2018. Tarun Naruka's previous roles include being the Global Head of Commodity Structured Finance at Essar Commodities / Riverdale Commodities from October 2014 to January 2017, Head Corporate Finance & Treasury at Essar Energy Plc from September 2010 to October 2014, and Corporate Controller and Executive Assistant at Holcim from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a Masters in Finance at the London Business School from August 2009 to July 2010 and completed an MBA at the Indian School of Business from April 2005 to April 2006.

Tarun Naruka completed a Masters in Finance from the London Business School in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Tarun also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Indian School of Business.
