Kashif Rehman

Kashif Rehman, PhD, has a diverse work experience in the field of metallurgy. Kashif began their career as a Senior Engineer at Essar in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they pursued a Doctoral degree at McMaster University where they served as a Doctoral Student from 2009 to 2014. Kashif then joined Algoma Steel Inc. in 2014 as a Metallurgist, later moving up to the role of Manager of Metallurgical Services until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Development & Technology at Algoma Steel Inc.

Kashif Rehman, PhD completed their education at McMaster University from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Metallurgy and Material Science.
