André Mancipoz

André Mancipoz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and corporate leadership. Currently serving as the 1er Adjoint au Maire Délégué à l’Urbanisme à Asnières-sur-Seine and holding significant roles within the intercommunal structure of Boucle Nord de Seine, André also contributes to ESSEC Alumni as Co-Responsable of the Wine Whisky & Spirits club. Previous positions include Vice President of the Hauts-de-Seine department's Commission on Attractiveness and Digitalization, and several leadership roles at Groupe La Poste and EDF. André holds degrees from ESSEC Business School and IAE Paris, along with certifications in viticulture and oenology from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
