Rustam Galiev

Rustam Galiev is the CPO & Co-Founder of Essence Labs, a digital Self-Care Coach for Girls & Women. Rustam combines science, coaching, and technology to help women achieve their goals and build healthy self-care routines. Rustam also serves as a Lecturer at the Higher School of Economics. In addition, Rustam was the CPO & Co-Founder of Meditivity, a personal and corporate assistant based on neural networks and cognitive studies. Prior to that, they were the CEO of LLC "LegalExcellence," a legal support and business consulting company, where they managed a team, developed strategies, and provided legal support for large clients and projects. Rustam also co-founded Brainfest, an intellectual entertainment company with subsidiaries in 14 cities, where they organized intellectual tournaments and oversaw the growth of the project.

Rustam Galiev attended Bashkir State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Law.
