Sharon Ducas

Sharon Ducas has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in different companies. Sharon is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Essence Group since March 2022. Before joining Essence Group, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kempinski Hotels from May 2021 to March 2022. From October 2017 to May 2021, Sharon was the Director of Learning & Development at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Quality from August 2016 to September 2017 and Quality Manager from January 2014 to July 2016 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Sharon started their career as an Associate at Goldfarb Seligman in November 2010 and worked there until December 2013. Sharon also had a legal intern position at Goldfarb Seligman from September 2010 to September 2011.
