Sean Gill

Sean Gill is currently serving as the Market President for Chicago at Essence Healthcare since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Duly Health and Care, where Sean held the positions of Regional Vice President and Vice President of Payor Strategy and Contracting from March 2021 to January 2024, successfully converting Medicare Advantage contracts to Global Risk and collaborating with leadership on payor and network contracting strategies. Sean's extensive career at UnitedHealthcare from July 2006 to March 2021 involved roles such as Commercial Vice President and Regional Director for ACO Contracting, where Sean led government program strategies and implemented incentive-based payment models. Sean began a professional journey at Children's Memorial Hospital, holding positions that included Research Assistant and Network Account Manager. Educational qualifications feature an MBA in Health Sector Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Finance from DePaul University.
