Elza Bashota

Elza Bashota has a diverse background in HR, starting as an HR Intern and moving up to roles such as HR Coordinator, People Operations Advisor, and eventually Senior People Advisor. With a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and Human Resource Management & Employment Relations, Elza has also been involved in promoting diversity and inclusiveness during their time at the Commercial Communications Council. Currently working as a People Business Partner at EssenceMediacom Australia, Elza brings a wealth of experience in HR to their role.
