Cheryl Farnsley

Cheryl Farnsley is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Essendant since November 2016, Cheryl has also held the position of Associate Relations Manager. Previous experience includes working as an Independent Stylist at Color Street and serving as Regional VP of HR at EDMC, where Cheryl provided multi-location HR oversight and compliance support. Cheryl's career began at Alexson Holdings dba FairField Center, where contributions included fiscal management and HR support roles, progressing from Recruiter & Trainer to Administrator. Additional HR experience includes roles at Argosy Casino as a Human Resources Generalist and at Xavier University as an Administrative Assistant. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University, a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ashland University.
