Jeff Hook

Jeff Hook has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeff began their career as a Software Engineer at Greenleaf Medical Systems from 1984 to 1992. Jeff then joined Areca Science Corporation as a Manager from 1984 to 1994. At Filoli Information Systems, they served as a Member Technical Staff and led the development of software solutions for the Medical Management division of the Workers' Compensation package. Jeff Hook worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Member of The Source team, where they developed database-to-web software. Jeff later joined Magic, Incorporated as an Ecologist and became involved in advocating for Net Neutrality. In 2001, Jeff Hook founded Essential Bits, Inc. and assumed the role of President. The company engages in various areas, such as software, clean energy hardware, physical therapy, and construction. Jeff Hook also had a role at SolarCity, where they worked on solar modeling software and served as a software developer.

Jeff Hook attended Stanford University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Physics.
