Brian Shydlo

Brian Shydlo is the Managing Principal at Essentia Advisory Partners, where Brian provides professional services around Commodities Trading and Risk Management solutions for diverse clients. Brian also serves as a Partner, happy to have helped grow a startup consultancy. Additionally, Brian is the Founder and current head of PnL Explained Professionals Association. Previous roles include Director at Sirius Solutions, Manager at KPMG LLP, and Senior Vice President Customer and Product Support at OpenLink Financial. In the early stages of their career, Brian was an Options Trader at Hanley Group. Brian holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
