Adam Krause

Adam Krause is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for North America at Essentia Protein Solutions since January 2012. Prior to this role, Adam held positions as a National Account Manager and Applications Manager at Essentia, which was previously known as Proliant Meat Ingredients. Adam has also worked as an Applications Manager at Proliant Meat Ingredients and as an R&D Project Leader at West Liberty Foods from January 2009 to January 2012. Adam holds a Master's degree in Meat Science from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
