Carl Schodde

Carl Schodde is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in infrastructure and database administration. Currently serving as Hosting Technology Manager at Essential Energy since January 2022, Carl previously held the role of Infrastructure Lead at Global Payments AU/NZ, where responsibilities included operational planning and strategic infrastructure development. Earlier positions include DBA Team Leader at Ezidebit, focusing on database performance and recovery, and Database Administrator roles at Tatts Group and Ipswich City Council, specializing in MS SQL Server and Oracle applications. Carl began a career in technology as a Systems Developer at Capral Aluminium, where significant advancements in data processing were made. Carl holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with Honours and a Bachelor of Internet Computing from Griffith University.
