Aina García Munar

Aina García Munar has a diverse range of work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Community Manager for Diario Ultima Hora, Diari de Balears, where they were responsible for writing, interviewing, and digital journalism. Aina also worked as a Marketing Online professional for Diario de Mallorca, where they managed data, handled marketing tasks, and had contact with customers. In 2015, they worked as an Especialista en banca personal for Fundación Bancaria “la Caixa”. From 2015 to 2016, Aina served as a Human Resources Assistant for DoubleTree by Hilton, where they acted as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provided support with onboarding and offboarding. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter for OK RENT A CAR, and from 2018 to present, they worked as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition specialist for Ramón Constructions, where their responsibilities included talent acquisition, development and implementation of HR initiatives, leadership development, and employee experience. Aina currently holds the position of Employee Success Manager at Essentialist starting from 2023.

Aina García Munar pursued their education in a chronological order. Aina started their academic journey in 2010 at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations in 2014. During this time, their field of study focused on political science and international governance. In 2012, they attended the University of Bucharest for a year, studying Political Science and International Relations. However, no specific field of study was provided for this particular period. Later, from 2014 to 2018, Aina attended the Universitat de les Illes Balears, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a focus on derecho (law). Finally, in 2014 to 2015, Aina pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Business Management at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, specializing in economics.
