Macie Maisel

Macie Maisel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Macie is currently the Senior Director of Global Partnerships & Operations at Essentialist, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Macie served as the Director of Travel Design & Operations and then as the Associate Director of Travel Design at Essentialist from 2021 to 2023 and 2020 to 2021, respectively. Macie initially joined Essentialist as a Travel Designer in February 2018 and held this position until January 2020.

Before joining Essentialist, Macie worked as a Teaching Assistant at Ministerio de Cultura (España) from October 2016 to June 2018. Macie also gained experience as a Watch Analyst Intern - Americas at iJET International from June 2016 to August 2016.

In addition, Macie had an internship as a Donor Relations & Stewardship Intern at Ohio Wesleyan University from August 2015 to May 2016 and as a Gift Planning Intern at the same university from January 2015 to May 2015.

Lastly, Macie held the role of Pro Shop Manager at Chester River Yacht and Country Club from an unspecified date in 2010 to August 2015, where they provided customer service, assisted the head professional, and instructed the Junior Golf Program and sailing school.

Macie Maisel attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies and Spanish. In 2014, they also participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature.
