Emily Haynes

Emily Haynes has a strong background in financial analytics and investments, with experience in real estate, fixed income analysis, and credit analysis. Since 2023, Emily has been the Director of Financial Analytics at Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc., where Emily previously served as the Director of Investments. Prior to that, Emily worked at EPR Properties as an Associate Director of Underwriting & Analysis and Investment Analyst. Emily also has experience as a Fixed Income Analyst at Creative Planning Inc., a Credit Analyst Intern at Octane Capital Ltd, and a Finance Accounting Intern at State Street. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Kansas State University.
