Philippe Calmon

Philippe Calmon is an experienced executive in the property management and real estate sectors, currently serving as CEO of Esset Group since 2019 and leading the B2B division at Emeria since 2017. Under Philippe Calmon's leadership, Esset Group manages 20 million square meters of commercial real estate and 15,000 residential units through various brands, while Emeria holds a strong presence in Europe, including France and Switzerland. Previously, Philippe Calmon was CEO of John Taylor France from 2013 to 2016, and held multiple strategic roles at Nexity and other companies, contributing to the development and management of real estate services. Philippe Calmon holds a Master's degree in management from HEC Paris and a Maîtrise ès Sciences Economiques from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
