Will Chaney

Will Chaney has extensive experience in social care and management, currently serving as the Team Manager of the Essex Social Care Academy (ESCA) within Adult Social Care at Essex County Council since July 2003. In this role, Will oversees the academy's operations and serves as a Virtual Dementia Tour Trainer. Prior to this position, Will held various management roles at Essex County Council, including Learning and Development Manager, Project Support Officer, and Library Group Manager. Will also worked as a Floor Manager at H&M and served in the Royal Navy as an Air Engineering Mechanic from April 1997 to September 2001. Education was completed at Hylands School.
