Uttej Reddy Pakanati

Uttej Reddy Pakanati started their work experience in 2015 as a Summer Intern at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). During this time, they gained technical knowledge and understanding of various divisions within the organization.

In 2016, Uttej worked as a Data Analytics Intern at Deloitte, where they evaluated client data using SAS and received recognition for their performance with a Busy Season award.

From 2017 to 2018, Uttej worked at Deloitte as a Data Analyst, performing data formatting, analysis, and documentation tasks. Uttej Reddy also conducted data quality checks and reconciliation of journal entry data using tools such as SAS EG, R, Alteryx, and Audit Command Language (ACL).

At Deloitte, Uttej took on the role of A&A Data Analytics Specialist from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on user acceptance testing and played a significant role in developing and testing R scripts for data transformation and formatting.

From 2019 to 2020, Uttej worked as an A&A Data Analytics Senior Specialist at Deloitte, showcasing their superior knowledge of predictive and forecasting analytics techniques. Uttej Reddy used tools such as Python, R, SAS EG, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze client data and provide valuable insights.

In 2021, Uttej worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Waterloo, and concurrently as a Grocery Clerk at Sobeys.

Currently, as of August 2022, Uttej is employed at Essex Lake Group as a Solution Intelligence Analyst II. In this role, they collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design analysis plans, structure complex analytical tasks, and produce implementable insights. Uttej Reddy works with teams across business, finance, analytics, and technology.

Uttej Reddy Pakanati has a comprehensive education history. In 2021 and 2022, they attended the University of Waterloo and earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they studied at MVSR Engineering College, Osmania University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Before their bachelor's degree, from 2011 to 2013, Uttej attended Sri Chaitanya College of Education, where they completed their Intermediate Education with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Uttej Reddy'seducational journey began at The Indo English High School, where they completed their High School studies from 2000 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Uttej has obtained several certifications. Notably, they have been certified by the World Education Services for their Verified International Academic Qualifications in May 2023. Uttej Reddy also holds certifications from Coursera, including "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials," "Machine Learning Algorithms with R in Business Analytics," "Convolutional Neural Networks in TensorFlow," "Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning," "Python for Data Science, AI and Development," "R Programming," "SQL for Data Science," and "Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate." Furthermore, they have completed the Matlab Onramp program offered by MathWorks. In January 2021, they completed "The Complete Python Bootcamp 2021" course from Udemy, and in September 2020, they finished "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2021" course. Additionally, Uttej has completed Deloitte's "Analytics Proficiency Program Level 1" in April 2019 and "Industry Proficiency Program Level 1 in Consumer & Industrial Products Industry" in June 2018.
