Ben Casteel

Ben Casteel has over 15 years of experience in property management, currently serving as Portfolio Sales Manager at Essex Property Trust since March 2012, following roles as Sr. Community Manager and Community Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Ben held the position of Property Manager at FPI Management, Inc. from November 2010 to March 2012 and served as Community Director at University Communities from November 2009 to November 2010. Ben began their career in the industry with UDR, taking on a Property Management role from February 2006 to November 2009. Ben completed secondary education at Christian Liberty Academy, earning a High School Diploma between 1998 and 2002.
