Jack Avis

Jack Avis has extensive experience in water quality and process optimization, currently serving as a Water Quality Scientist at Essex & Suffolk Water since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jack worked as a System Optimisation Analyst at Thames Water from August 2020 to June 2022 and as a Process Development Chemist at Kingspan Insulation UK from September 2017 to August 2020. Jack's early career includes positions as a NCS Cohort Leader at Essex Boys and Girls Clubs and seasonal work as a Produce Colleague at Asda. Jack holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of Reading, obtained in 2017.
