Bill Pletikapich is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in management and program development across various high-tech sectors. Currently serving as the Engineering General Manager at Essig Research since October 2018, Bill has a track record of fostering customer relationships through innovative, value-driven solutions. Previously, Bill held versatile roles at QuEST Global from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included business development and engineering service expansion, achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. As Executive Director of Engineering at CDI Aerospace from 2012 to 2014, Bill spearheaded significant organizational growth and profitability. Bill's career also includes impactful positions at Belcan Engineering, Fujitec, and GE Aviation, demonstrating a consistent ability to enhance operational efficiencies and lead teams to deliver exceptional results. Bill holds a Graduate Leadership Program certificate from Manipal Global Nxt University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
