David Milan

David Milan has extensive legal experience, notably serving as the Retired Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President for EssilorLuxottica North America from July 2000 until retirement. Prior to this role, David worked as Corporate Counsel for Pearle Vision, managing franchise systems, litigation, and corporate matters from May 1994 to June 1997. David began a legal career at Winstead PC from August 1986 to May 1994 as a trial lawyer, focusing on business and financial institution litigation. Academically, David earned a JD in Law from Texas Tech University in 1986 and a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 1983.
