Jim Pearce

Jim Pearce is a seasoned information security professional with over 25 years of experience in IT and security roles. At EssilorLuxottica, Jim served as Sr. Manager of Information Security and previously as Sr. Information Security Engineer from October 2020 to May 2024. Jim operated Pearce Consulting, providing virtual IT and security consulting services to SMB clients from May 1998 to May 2024. Previous positions include Lead Information Security Engineer at Parsley Energy, where Jim built the IT security program, and Senior Manager of IT Security Operations at Epicor Software, responsible for SIEM, SOC, and incident response management.
