Eduardo Guinard

Eduardo Guinard is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently, Eduardo has been a civil engineer at WSP USA since May 2002, where expertise in project management and design has been demonstrated. Additionally, Eduardo holds the position of roadway engineer at EST, Inc. since February 2021, applying specialized knowledge to roadway design and infrastructure projects.
