Randy Eager

Randy Eager is a business advisor and co-founder at ESTAT Actuation. Randy was previously with ResTec Solutions LLC from January 2019 to June 2022, where they were a co-founder and advisor. At ResTec Solutions, Randy helped create medical devices focused on eliminating infections that are contracted in healthcare systems.

Randy's experience in the medical field has shown him the importance of sanitation and sterilization, especially in healthcare settings. Randy has seen firsthand the devastating effects that hospital-acquired infections can have on patients, and they are passionate about creating products that can help reduce these occurrences.

Randy's work at ResTec Solutions has led to the development of a number of innovative sterilization products that are helping to change the way hospitals clean and disinfect their facilities. Randy is currently working on expanding the reach of these products so that they can be used in more hospitals and clinics around the world.

Randy Eager has a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
