Carol Patricia Choy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and brand management. Since 2018, Carol has served as Vice President of North America Ecommerce for La Mer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Previously, Carol held the position of Head of Ecommerce in the USA at Nestlé Nespresso from 2016 to 2018, and worked as Brand Manager for E-commerce at The Clorox Company from 2012 to 2016. Additional experience includes a role as Product Manager at Starbucks in 2011 and Senior Brand Strategist at Interbrand from 2008 to 2010. Carol began a career in the finance sector as an Equity Research Analyst for Retail & Consumer at Goldman Sachs between 2006 and 2008. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School (2010-2012) and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University (2002-2006).
