Erick Pluviose

Erick Pluviose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and distribution planning within the cosmetics industry, currently holding the position of Director of Operations at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since May 2018. Prior to this role, Erick served as the Director of Distribution Planning and Inventory Control, and from October 2007 to January 2018, held various positions including Distribution Planning Manager, Industrial Engineer, and Manufacturing Operations Supervisor within the same company. Educationally, Erick earned a Master's degree in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University.
