Heather Roetman

Heather Roetman is an experienced executive in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Technology Lead for La Mer and Bobbi Brown at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Roetman held positions such as Director of Business Development at Perfect Corp. and Director of Sales & Brand Development for Beauty & Pin-Ups at Level Brands. Additional experience includes directing brand development for Ecru Lifestyle Beauty Brands at DePasquale Companies, and serving as Global Marketing Manager for Color Cosmetics at Coty. Early career roles include Marketing Manager for LIERAC Paris and Marketing Coordinator for Vichy at L'Oréal. Roetman earned a degree from Western University, completing studies in 2006.
