Holly Kempner is an experienced technology and operations executive with a proven track record in leading IT service management and global eCommerce initiatives. As Vice President of Regions Technology Operations & Services at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Holly oversees cross-functional service management teams for enterprise systems, ensuring strategic alignment across brands and regions. Prior roles include Vice President of Global eCommerce Operations & Infrastructure, where Holly managed the support of over 500 beauty websites and advanced localized e/m-commerce initiatives across more than 30 countries. Earlier career highlights include Director of Production for Digital Media at AMC Networks, where Holly was instrumental in implementing best practices for web applications and monetizing digital content. Holly's background encompasses diverse roles in production and design for notable projects at Imaginary Forces and Duart Film and Video. Holly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design and is currently pursuing an MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master's degree in Forestry at Michigan State University.
