Keri Carmen

Keri Carmen is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and strategic consulting, currently serving as a leader in the People Strategy & Change team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since October 2008. In this role, Keri oversees a portfolio of projects focused on organizational design, change management, and talent strategy, collaborating with the Transformation Office to deliver solutions aligned with global strategic priorities. Prior to this, Keri held various leadership positions, including Global Talent Lead for the company’s extensive portfolio of brands and for Digital talent strategies, where key responsibilities included executive recruitment and talent management. Keri’s earlier experience includes serving as Lead Recruiter for the Beauty Division at 24Seven Inc., where relationships were established with notable industry contacts, and as Account Manager at Pierce Mattie Communications. Keri holds a Bachelor's degree from American University and has furthered expertise in Digital Marketing and Integrative Nutrition.
