Sam Stockley

Sam Stockley is an experienced Talent Senior Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since February 2021, responsible for driving the talent agenda across various business functions, including Marketing, Sales, and HR. Prior to this role, Sam served at EY for nearly seven years in various talent acquisition positions, culminating in the role of Assistant Director of Talent Search & Intelligence. In this capacity, Sam managed the offshore sourcing hub and directed executive search initiatives, while also overseeing recruitment campaigns and delivering analytical insights on team performance. Additional experience includes recruitment roles at Visa and Robert Walters, as well as a senior position at Mason Blake focused on financial services. Sam holds a 2.1 degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool.
