Sofie Welin Renard

Sofie Welin Renard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., currently serving as Senior Director, Finance IBP Lead since February 2023, and previously as Senior Finance Director for APAC Projects. From 2021 to January 2022, Sofie held the position of FP&A Transformation Director for EMEA and worked as Director of New Business Processes at Estee Lauder Companies Asia Pacific from June 2010 to 2021, where leadership in business development and M&A activities was demonstrated, overseeing eight global brand acquisitions since 2013. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Regional Business Manager and Regional Business Manager, overseeing business planning for multiple brands within the APAC region. Earlier roles included Business Manager at Estee Lauder Companies Middle East & India FZE and Brand Executive at Estee Lauder. Sofie earned a master's degree in Social Science with a focus on Organizational Theory from Växjö University and holds degrees in marketing, logistics, and business studies from IPAG Business School and Växjö University.
