Stephanie Hadylaya

Stephanie Hadylaya is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Reckitt from August 2020 to April 2022, focusing on internal control and finance transformation, and held a senior managerial position as Finance Controller. Stephanie’s extensive background includes roles at Unilever from 2012 to 2020, where responsibilities included commercial finance, net revenue management, and supply chain finance. Stephanie started the career with an internship in tax at Unilever Indonesia and contributed as a research assistant at Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
