Xander Stephens

Xander Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager for Cart at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since February 2022, Xander previously held the position of Senior Manager for Global Online Platform & Performance at the same company. Prior to this, Xander worked as Manager of Product Management at Capital One from March 2020 to February 2022 and as Manager of Online Platform & Performance at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from September 2018 to March 2020. In earlier roles, Xander was a Software Engineer at Capital One between July 2015 and September 2018, focusing on full-stack development and cloud transformation, and interned at the Federal Reserve System in 2014. Xander holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from James Madison University, completed in 2015.
